Custom & Handmade Products

Many of our hats are handmade or custom-made. Because of this:

Measurements may vary slightly due to handcrafted production

These differences are part of the uniqueness and character of our products and are not considered defects.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you do want to discuss a return, refund or exchange please read the below.

Eligible Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and unworn
It is returned in original condition
Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Custom-made hats
Personalised items
Sale or clearance items

Where products are made to order or personalised, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty or not as described.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We will provide further instruction and next steps from there, we aim to respond to all emails with 7 working days, but please be mindful we are a small business to in busy time this may take longer.
