At Fascinatingly Different, each hat is carefully handmade to order or prepared with great attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days unless stated otherwise. Bespoke or custom pieces may take longer; estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery aimed within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Cost of Shipping (UK)

Due to the size and care required when packaging hats, postage is based on hat box size:

Small hat box (e.g. fascinators & headpieces): from £10.00
Medium hat box (most hats): from £15.00
Large hat box (wide brim or statement pieces): from £20.00

Why size affects postage

Hats are delicate and must be carefully packed in protective boxes to maintain their shape during transit.

Larger designs require bigger boxes and additional packaging materials, which increases postage costs. We always aim to keep shipping as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring your hat arrives in perfect condition.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries, please contact Emma before purchasing to discuss international shipping options (fascinatinglydifferent@gmail.com).

Delivery times vary depending on destination but generally take a minimum of 14 working days after dispatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
